I am not making a morality statement, I am simply stating a fact. I wasn't out of boot camp before I started hearing stories about the "widows of westpac" and other sordid tales of sailors and wives hooking up for boot knocking as soon as one battle group deploys and another returns home. Taking authority away from CO's erodes good order and discipline.
