With the recent launch of IPPS-A, myself and my clerks no longer have access to monthly reports, PERSTAT, leave and actions, et cetera. In my BN, manager/professional roles were only given to 1SG's and CDR's. It's become quite apparent that even with the convenience that comes along with IPPS-A for the individual Soldier, it is an added burden on command teams. I've asked numerous times for reviewer roles only to be met with "I don't know" and "that's unnecessary". Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

SGT(P) (Join to see), AFAIK, no elevated roles were migrated over with the standup of IPPS-A. You'll have to submit a access request (to your unit's designated Training Resources Administrator (TRA)) within the system that you need to perform your duties (there should be a "New Access Request" function that you will use).

SGT in my experience, it depends on what all the S1 is handling at their level. Recently I didn’t have access to semi and decentralized promotions dealing with the board and promotions roster but the Company Commander requested I have access to help him out. I would meet with your S1 and figure out how they are wanting to do everything.
