Corel Paintshop Pro... But Im not a graphic artist, photogery buff, ect... Just a guy that needs to edit, crop, size, format, add text, line art, block lines, direction or markers to the pic.

Depends on what the subject is. If it's an astrophotography picture i'll use Pixinsight and Photoshop. For traditional photography I use Lightroom mostly but Photoshop if I need to do more intense editing

I only use Gimp for my editing needs. I use it both on Windows and Linux.

All of my photos are taken from my cell phone, only.
The only editing I do is an occasional cropping.

Lightroom and a splash of Photoshop, mostly Lightroom for the editing and developing, Photoshop for printing. You get both for 10 bucks a month, well worth it. This Panoramic was stitched together in Lightroom, also about 6 hours of editing, some before and a lot after. They are not hard to use, but the development process takes time to learn. If you are going to use them I highly recommend a basic Digital Photography Class at a community college. Even at 41 I still learned a lot and still am.

I mainly keep to Lightroom. I can do almost everything in there for my photography, including adding the metadata. The ability to apply all metadata, rename, and apply the same basic edits across all of the imagery (sometimes hundreds of photos if I'm photographing an event) is a lifesaver.

Adobe Creative Cloud Suite 2017. I primarily use Photoshop and Illustrator, about 99.9% of the time. LOVE THEM. I also have a collection of plug-ins and actions that I rely on.
