I became a poker dealer at a Native American casino. Over the next 16 years progressed up the corporate ladder until I was promoted to General Manager running the whole show. Through out my Air Force I was given responsibilities and positions that demanded I lead and overcome any obstacles that we're placed in front of me. Many of those positions were officer billets. I learned to over come and adapt by building a strong team under me. I gave the same oportunities to my team members that the Air Force gave to me. A proven winning management style.Response by CMSgt John Momaney made Oct 15 at 2015 6:04 AM2015-10-15T06:04:32-04:002015-10-15T06:04:32-04:002015-10-14T23:15:20-04:00
