An EIB at this point is will also make you more qualified on paper as well. Other than that, the best to probably do would be a degree.
Any school with the word "MASTER" in its title is a good one as well.
Everyone goes out to get ABN, AASLT, and PFDR, and honestly they don't say much about you as a senior NCO, those are schools for E5s and E6s. Think higher level. Operational, not tactical. Think planning, logistics, things that set you apart, not that make you the same.
But it's also not about schools most of the time. It's what you actually do as opposed to what you "can" do. ABN, AASLT, RGR are great for the TL and below. At your level Battle Staff is an excellent start. Master Gunner, Master Fitness Trainer, Pathfinder, DZSO, ABIC, or anything that teaches you how to manage teams or groups of people vs individual skills. You are no longer in the individual skills department, you're in the building leaders department.
