An individual that has a heart for his soldiers and a mutual respect for the conviction of others.

2. An individual that is firm in his own convictions regardless of whether it will win him personal acclaim or shame. It is my experience that often the situations we are thrust into sharpen us more as leaders and people. Perhaps because I was a college minister for 6 years and enjoy mentoring, the idea of this position for me someday would be a huge honor.
