I enjoyed being recognized for my work. What I did not like is when I completed a task my supervisor, would say ok now get this done and this done and this done.  Bottom line, the act that I found most influential to me was being recognized for the hard work that I had done. A small pat on the back really does go a long way. What leadership trait or act do you find the most influential? What makes you want to continue to soldier ? 2014-04-09T09:34:55-04:00 SFC Private RallyPoint Member 97342 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I know when I was a junior soldier all I ever wanted was for my supervisor to tell me a job well done. The subordinate will most likely discredit the guidance that the Leader is providing.
