Duct tape
Nerf Swords
Gorilla Glue

For long car trips - Feed nothing but pixie sticks and sweet tarts for three days, then 1/2 bottle of Cherry flavored Robitussin every time they come out the sugar induced coma. (please do not call Child Protective Services, it is a joke! patent pending)

Being prepared for any contingency is your new mantra. Go to an Army surplus store and find the old medic or combat lifesaver bag. Now fill it with 2x days supply of diapers, onesies, socks, swaddles, formula, pedialyte powder and freezer pops, monkey butt cream, pacifiers, ear plugs, wine for mom in zip lock bags, red and white, flask for you with bourbon.
