It happens. Wished it wouldn't, But there is less and less collateral damage done in war as our tech advances... It's a shame that good and innocent people died, but again it happens.

This is a tragedy, but tragedies like this do happen.

One does have to wonder how the intel got so confused, but it just goes to show that we aren't really out of the wars in Iq and Af; the public has been lulled again, just like after Desert Storm...
