Just when you think you're finally going to speak with someone, a message comes on telling you that all representatives are busy...call some other time. THAT, is the most aggravating - they don't even provide the opportunity to stay on hold until the next representative is available. It was very nice. Had it for about a week when it decided to give me the blue screen of death on power up. Called the help desk and was speaking to someone in India (first massive irritation). After explaining the problem, he stated he could have me fixed in 20 mikes...........after I pay an addition 200 bucks to get it fixed. So, I told him to have a nice day and hung up. Took the 600 dollar paperweight back to the store and got a full refund. I have started asking where they are physically located. I'll work with a foreigner for help with a product I purchased in the USA, but not if they have trouble understanding me or vice versa. Sometimes their system is down but its only telling You to do things which even if You do still don&#39;t reach a live person. I should get paid for the time I&#39;m wasting being on hold.
