What is your opinion of any American General or Senior Enlisted NCO gaslighting media people?

The II Marine Expeditionary Force has issued an apology for engaging in a Twitter spat with right-wing commentators over recent remarks made by Fox News host Tucker Carlson about what he claimed is the feminization of the U.S. military.

In the U.S. Space Command, the Command Senior Enlisted Leader used an official Twitter account to voice his personal opinion on this issue.

Other service branches' high-level leadership have done the same.

What do you mean by Gaslighting? Tucker Carlson made an ignorant claim without doing any research, and has never donned the uniform of any branch of service.

I remember when it used to be common place to just say "no comment." Better times, and I guarantee that most of those that actually made comments DID NOT even watch the segment. They are getting their dander up on secondhand info.

Gaslighting the media tells me that those people don't understand the meaning of the 1st Amendment nor their role in defending it after taking an oath to do just that, defend it.
