That's a bit complicated, especially if you are having issues.
Resilience is the ability to bounce back from difficult situations. I teach Resiliency skills to the military and veterans and their families for the Red Cross. The workshops are free but we have problems getting in to do them. We get told "we have our own program" which is inevitably a deck of powerpoint slides no one wants to see versus our 60-90 min skills teaching interactive workshop.

In my opinion, organizations everywhere struggle with the following: 1) How can we reliably recognize mental health risk factors across our workforce in day-to-day operations? 2) How do we ensure observers will know what to do, and will act? 3) How do we eliminate the stigma of seeking help? 4) How do we put the right resources in place for members to utilize? 5) How do we build the community that's tight enough to freely and effectively accomplish items 1-4?

My first impression is confusion and devoid of one Principle of War: Simplicity. It looks like a plate of spaghetti. We paint the picture to understand the battlefield, not to make it confusing.
