Only we were on a track (but you could do lanes instead of laps). We were split into teams and there were 4 phases of the relay. 1 mile of ammo cans, 1 mile run, 1 mile litter carry (a teammate must be on it at all times), and then it was finished off by tire flips past a certain line and back 4 times. So it was one long stretch of a competition and teams could split up some of the tasks. (the litter carry, everyone ran together and took turns every lap on the litter, for everything else only one person had to be moving at a time. So for the mile run, one person would do a lap, the next person would do a lap, etc etc.)

You could put together something similar and Im sure it will be lots of a fun. If you have enough time before hand, we got to choose our "baton" and we had some funny things to pass on such as one of those Hobby Horse things.Response by SPC Private RallyPoint Member made Feb 15 at 2020 2:41 AM2020-02-15T02:41:22-05:002020-02-15T02:41:22-05:00SSG Private RallyPoint Member5566540

A good spinning session in the gym with a trainer. Its fun and you really feel it at the end of the session. Sometimes it only takes a reservation and maybe a $1 - $3 fee.Response by SSG Private RallyPoint Member made Feb 16 at 2020 5:32 PM2020-02-16T17:32:22-05:002020-02-16T17:32:22-05:002018-06-23T14:00:10-04:00
