I don't have to abide by either of them anymore and stacked they make great doorstop or light weight replacement for ceramic vest plates.

The chapters on Bn and above formations for changes of command. Now matter how many you did and how many times "the book" was consulted we never did them the same way twice!

LTC Private RallyPoint Member, my favorite of all time is FKSM 17-98-3, Scout Platoon SOP. It was the Fort Knox Supplemental to the old FM 17-98. It had everything you ever needed to know about Scout operations, reports, etc. It is a great document that should be sought out and placed in your kit bag.
