I do this all the time. When I'm in a down mood, I'll go to McDonalds.

Buy 10 Parfaits, swear the cashier to secrecy and tell him/her to give them to the next 10 kids that come in without a parent. Then I just sit back and watch their reactions while I pretend to read the newspaper while eating my meal.

Honestly I like the one you posted about the old white guy who stopped to help a young black kid with his tie. Such a humble thing to do, on both their parts (the one to do, the other to let do), that I think is something we can all learn from, no matter our race.

I'd say when Robert Downey Jr gave a prosthetic limb to a little boy. I'm old enough to remember how he used to be, so I think it's not only inspiring to see how much he has turned his life around, but serves as an example that it's never too late to amend your ways.
