My number one goal is TriWest provider-ship in the veteran choice program. They requested three additional peaces of information. I sent that to them five minutes ago.

October 12th 2016 Mark A. Morris Point of Care Ultrasound Imaging LLC received a Medicare provider-ship number. With that number, I applied to be part of the TriWest veteran choice program.

After adjusting harnesses, my LLC moved from rally point past the line of departure and will be supporting my fellow veterans soon. The enemy is long wait and travel times. I will engage, grapple and help defeat the enemy.

I achieved my biggest 2016 goal and managed to fully fund both my IRA and my Simple 401k before the end of the year. This year I did it by October!

And I already completed my first goal for 2017...

I converted my self-employed simple 401k over to a standard 401k... the paperwork was nuts just for the opportunity to save more money for my retirement. Fortunately my retired Marine is also my financial advisor... so he made it a lot easier. Now I can save even more money that was sitting around doing nothing in my business checking account.

Goal number 2 for 2017 is to keep growing my business without letting it own me. Finding a life balance is hard sometimes... I love my job so going to work is easy.... but it can take over your life too.

In 2016 I retired and worked in a finance firm for 9 months. It was not me, I resigned to re-think how I want to make my impact to others.
For 2017 I am putting my emphasis in a Freelancing career.
