Did you jump off the garage roof using an umbrella as a parachute? Did you try touching the frozen flag pole with your tongue. Come on, we've all been there, done that? We've all had bad ideas and then acted on them. Confess. Hey, I married the Bride From Hell. The one that sent me three "Dear Johns" while in the military. Surely, nothing you've done is more embarrassing than that...

Probably the time I decided to test a mother's ferocity.

Basically, we had a newborn calf with her mother in a stall. I got in there to give the mother some feed, and got the bright idea to go pick up the calf. No sooner did i have my arms around the calf then did I hear a "moooooooo" and next thing I know I'm pinned up against the wall by an angry mother. She kept me in place with her head and here I am just screaming my lungs out for someone to give me a hand. Needless to say, I didn't get in a stall with the mother and calf for a while after that.

Sigh...honestly? Truly? I wouldn't even have clue one where to even remotely know where or how to even start to explain...I lived it, then, thankfully, my wife with me, the one single smart thing I probably ever did, meeting and marrying her, and even now, I don't believe any of it, quite frankly, though she's obviously far better at adapting to such realities then I ever was....

I'm not going to bore everyone with all of the details, but once upon a time I might've climbed up onto a 50' water tower specifically to urinate off the side of the tower.

Then there was the time that I dove off the Manhattan Beach, CA in the middle of a thunderstorm with 8' swells and swam to the shore....

Coincidently, in both occasions copious amounts of alcohol and monetary wagers were involved.

"Hey, that thunderstorm looks really bad. Probably has hail, strong winds and could produce a tornado. Let's drive into it."

I kind of feel like Steve Erwin except instead of wrangling crocodiles I am driving into severe weather. I do love me a good thunderstorm when I can go storm chasing though.
