What is the TIG requirement for SFC to MSG? Is it 2 or 3 years?

This question also pertained to this last MSG board. People need to read the board guidance and the additional messages pertaining to the boards... That was my whole point to the question.

I belive they just changed it back to the old standard which bumped it up for tis and tig. 15 years tis I believe just to be eligible. Did not see it in writing yet though.
