What is the process to create a private group within RP? Can we create a group that provides a means of discussing ideas/topics for the COC?

The S3 wants to connect all leadership in our BN E-6 and up. I am requesting the plausibility on creating a private group inside RP to use private sub forums that we can only view.

I would check regs. I've been out for nearly 2 decades but last I knew, military discussions on a civilian server might not be a good move.

I saw a few other posts regarding this topic, essentially the Admins will contact you and deal with it. It does work out.
