I did not get to walk at graduation or participate in family day but i still graduated the course. I was flagged for ucmj action. It has been 23 days since i have been flagged and i was suppose to go to my first duty station 20 days ago. I have been told nothing and have not been given a punishment, timeline, update, ect. I have asked my Plt. Sgt and nothing. Is there any way to get answers, and possibly expedite this process. I was told I am low priority but I am the only active duty out of 50 that is MOS-Q and not getting chaptered or medically discharged. I have a 275 PT score and I was in the top of my class academically. I stay out of sight and out of mind. This is my first time getting in trouble except for a counseling for having tobacco in phase 4. Any advice would help! I accept the fact I had a laspe of judgement but i am ready to get my punishment and drive on with the mission. What is the process and timeline for my Article 15? They will move as fast as they can but it sounds like you have a whole of company on his list. They will get to you when they get to you- are you in a hurry for loss of a stripe, 7 days pay and 7 days restriction, plus the fact you are flagged and will not be going anywhere till the case is decided, so the orders don't count. So now you may end up somewhere else, and when you get there they will be watching you because you have shown yourself to be a screwup. Want to play serious pranks- should have stayed in the Boy Scouts.Response by SGM Bill Frazer made Mar 9 at 2018 10:30 PM2018-03-09T22:30:09-05:002018-03-09T22:30:09-05:00PO1 William "Chip" Nagel3432517

PVT Private RallyPoint Member Learn Patience and be Very Polite. Good job, you're on your way :) Learn from the process so you can advise your buddies of the both the admin goat rope it can be, but also the ass-pain does for your current sitation. Actually, my best advice, when you get to your new duty station, keep quiet on what happened. This should disappear upon transfer and noone needs to know about it. Don't give your new platoon members any ammo to push your buttons. .... Hmmm.... I guess its too late now, you posted this on social media.
