What is the normal timeline for processing paperwork to become an AGR recruiter? What additional documents will I have to complete?

Got a call from an accessions NCO and was offered a position so I took it and since then have received a congratulatory email followed by some finance paperwork I needed to submit. Sent it up the same day I received it and it’s almost been a month since I’ve heard from him. Is this a normal process? And will there be any additional documents I’ll have to complete?
