National Guard has the NGB-22 to show a completion of service. From what I've found, there is no form for USAR unless you served a period of active duty.

Here's another thread that pertains to the same question.

https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/why-does-the-reserve-not-have-a-form-like-the-dd214

Why does the Reserve not have a form like the DD214. | RallyPoint

Why does the Active Component have the DD214 and the National Guard have the NGB Form 22, but the Army Reserve does not have a form showing service after they got out of the guard. A service contract would read X years active and Y years ready reserve duty where you are subject to recall for national emergencies. Generally the DD214 would show your current service commitment completion and the DD 214 can be used to calculate remaining time of service. If you completed the full term active duty time with no Reserve Time remaining it should show as much on the 214. Otherwise the current documentation needed for Federal Reserve is either a copy of orders showing enlistment into the IRR after completion of a full service contract to show Non Drilling Reserve Status, or your DD 214. Its almost 30 years that what was know as hip pocket orders have been done away with. As for Reservists reaching their termination date. You need to check with your unit's S1 personnel section, to see if they still provide the release from service letter after you've completed your obligation. And yes, there used to be an officially published letter mailed to the soldier after the end of the obligation date to show no further service commitment, but I do not know if that is still done by HRC.
