What is the most embarrassing thing your child said or did in public?

I know kids say the darndest things but i have heard of some pretty funny stories too. Share your stories. Whether they were your kids, or your friend's, or just some stranger's that you saw in public.

I had two of my very young kids trained. The youngest would say "hello" to people that weren't wearing a Beret. The older one would then LOUDLY tell the younger "Don't talk to him, he's a leg."

Some peoples reaction would be funny as hell, especially Officers.

In Public I don't remember but what made me have to Police my Language was the First Words my Oldest Said to me that I remember. Came home from work Put Him on my Chest, He looked at me with those Beautiful Dark Eyes and said "Asshole". Pretty sure I know where he learned that.

While stationed in Hawaii...my daughter (then 3 or 4 maybe) and my family were at a park with our church family. She told us that she needed to go to the bathroom....4 or 5 times but we were to busy talking to friends. So what did she do? She took control of the situation...she dropped her underwear and squatted and handled her business...in front of the everyone. That will teach us to listen next time I thought...as we laughed.

Years ago, our now deceased son, was 4 years old. I went to Sears, with all three boys, to get some tires. We went in and were walking around, and realized Kyle wasn't with us. We began looking all over the store. I walked towards where we came in, and there he was. He was sitting on a demo toilet, going to the bathroom. I called the other boys over and we all had a good laugh. I looked in the toilet and thete it was, several little land mines. I had to find a sales person and tell them what happened. At first the lady didn't know what to say. Then she began laughing. We left the store and waited outside.

During church my 9 year old son was doing something that annoyed his two year old brother. Toddler stands up on the pew, and as I'm reaching for him, punches his older brother in the head and says, "BUTTHOLE!"

When we came back from Embassy Duty in Kenya. We flew into Reagan International. My daughter was 7, and always spoke pretty loud. She took one look around and said "Wow! Look at all the White people, they're everywhere!" We are white. The Black sky cap who was helping us looked at me. I shrugged my shoulders and explained that we had been in Africa for the last 3 years. He just laughed.

To give equal time to my son: Before he could speak, I taught him to throw back his head and howl like a wolf when I walked into a room. It didn't embarrass me, but my wife hated it. She would look at me and every time and say "Idiot". About the time he was starting to learn words, he put the two together. I would walk in. He would howl, then immediately follow up with "Idiot", then smile at mommy.
