<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Good point about E-1, <a class="dark-link bold-link" role="profile-hover" data-qtip-container="body" data-id="84196" data-source-page-controller="question_response_contents" href="/profiles/84196-11a-infantry-officer-jfhq-la-milpac-region-v">MAJ Private RallyPoint Member</a>. I'm going to say that the hardest rank to replace in the military is CSM, CW5, or any General Officer rank, because it takes so long and so much experience to reach those high ranks. It could take decades to replace those personnel in those ranks.
