What is the guaranteed delivery time is for USPS Priority Mail?

Does anyone know what the guaranteed delivery time is for USPS Priority Mail deliveries for domestic and international shipments since the new Postmaster General took over? We have an online business (USMilitaryHats.com) and the US Postal Service still has not delivered some of our USPS Priority packages for weeks, and in some cases months for USPS Priority Mail International. The US Postal Service just told me that they do not know what the guaranteed delivery time is for USPS Priority Mail since the new Postmaster General took over. Please help me understand what's going on with the US Postal Service. Is this a matter for the Postal Inspector? Any help or feedback is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

The only guaranteed delivery time/date is for express mail. Priority Mail does not come with a date certain delivery.

I worked for the USPS for 30 years in delivery and as a supervisor. There is no guarantee on delivery. Only service we offer a guarantee is Express mail and that is guaranteed by noon. Priority mail has a delivery window of 2 to 3 days depending on zone and zip. This has been going on for years. Yes, the new PMG is silly and he has removed machines that would help processing, but we have not been able to guarantee a specific date on Priority
