The US Postal Service just told me that they do not know what the guaranteed delivery time is for USPS Priority Mail since the new Postmaster General took over. Only service we offer a guarantee is Express mail and that is guaranteed by noon. Priority mail has a delivery window of 2 to 3 days depending on zone and zip. This has been going on for years. Yes, the new PMG is silly and he has removed machines that would help processing, but we have not been able to guarantee a specific date on Priority
