SPC(P) Private RallyPoint Member 100353 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>What can we do as leaders to improve the current BCT and AIT situation if it is substandard?&lt;div&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;With the influx of new soldiers within the past year I have been noticing a trend, soldiers coming in with attitude, no respect for superiors, terrible at PT, and feeling like they are above leadership.
