The entitlements include two days of base pay ($162.12) . Since they stopped your held pay status on 22 Oct, DFAS should be making a deposit in the amount of $2439.73 when they make EOM deposits. Balances of plus or minus one dollar are considered a wash so you will lose out on the .98 credit. I went no-pay-due as DFAS did an audit of my entire pay account. I got my final payment about a month or so after my retirement date. They want to ensure that everything is correct and that there will not be a need to recoup funds after you exit.

Also, if you haven't done so, download and save any LES's you still have access to. I have all mine saved on my home PC, and a good thing because I no longer have access to them on DFAS MyPay. I get a RAS - retiree account statement, but all my active duty info is inaccessible online now.
