What is the civilian MRT training requirement?

Currently in an AFSB and am about to receive OIP from ASC, regarding my BDE's MRT program. Would any MRT's know of the training requirement/policy that addresses whether or not MRT is a requirement for civilians?

To my knowledge civilians are not required to attend MRT training. Before I came on the orders I'm currently on I was a DA Civilian at an Army command and whenever they held MRT sessions for the soldiers we were not required to attend.

DA or DAF Civilians are not required just suggested. As a previous DA civilian and as an MRT I feel it is very, very beneficial for the DACs/DAFCs at locations to take part in the training.
