We both have reached out to the Unit Admin NCO and have yet to receive any type of response. The tour begins in Feb.-March 2020 timeframe. If it is BN or BDE reach out to the XO.<br /><br />Find out when they will be there. Write the memo with their signature block. Have someone else look at it. Request an office call and/or show up. Tell them what you are asking for and request they approve the memo by signing it.
