I don't mean to sound crazy, I was just wondering. I would imagine LinkedIn would be a place. I hope that this is seen by a lot of folks, because I don't think anyone has asked a question regarding recruiters transitioning into the civilian workforce, regardless of branch. Finding groups of other veterans, recruiting groups, etc. is something you need to do now. The more involved you are in those groups helping others and giving feedback will help you with your future.

Networking is the name of the game in the civilian sector. You are on the right track already as you are asking the questions now.
