SGT Private RallyPoint Member 4340989 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I was wondering, how and when would be the best time to contact my Branch Manager! Should I email or call? If I call is there a best time and or day to call? Or should I just go to Retention and get their help? What is the best way to contact my branch manager? 2019-02-04T12:02:52-05:00 SGT Private RallyPoint Member 4340989 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I was wondering, how and when would be the best time to contact my Branch Manager! They usually look at that first. <br />You have to be on station for 3 years, so you can contact them to discuss a duty station after 2.years on station. If you are close to ETS they will tell you to talk to your Career Counselor since you&#39;ll need to reenlist to move anyway. <br />I have found the best time to reach them is 0800 to 1600 EST. Follow up with an email that says, as per our discussion.... I&#39;d start with e-mail and see how responsive the person at the other end is, and then call if/when you need to. I&#39;d try middle of the week, mid-morning or early afternoon. Good luck!
