What is the best private sector company to work for transitioning out of active duty?

I am transitioning from active duty right now and am looking to go to the private sector for the benefits they offer. I was contacted by GardaWorld for a year long position OCONUS and was wondering if there was any other companies that currently accept veterans for OCONUS positions right after discharge? If anybody knows anything, it would be greatly appreciated.

Lemme give it.some.thought...given your MOS, would you want something technologically similar? Also,.knowing if you've done assocs, or bach at all, or grad.level,.grades,.GPAs, would help.to know, as well.as majors, specific STEM and non-STEM coursework course titles.and grades...have you considered full or part time.undergrad at all, maybe grad school on assistantship, or doing undergrad and/or grad as.part.of Guard, as most state schools often have tuition remission as part of Guard? Then, too, have you considered AGR, Guard Tech, and Reserve Tech at all,.as.well? Just some thohghts, I'd be eager to hear more, I have an interest in such career/educ topics, no rush, whenever convenient, hope was of use and/or interest....

- will they give you a job?
- do they have either enough contract diversity or longevity that you'll have a job for a while?

Overseas and CONUS contracts have period limits that usually don't go beyond five years unless they are allowed incentive years for verified and documented positive positive performance targets met. You could gear up to take a position and in a year be out on the bricks because your contract was not renewed nor recompeted by that company. You get higher wages because they can't give you any kind of security or growth in the position. They are usually light on benefits. If you want benefits, get a state or federal government job.

There are multiple overseas professional military contractor job boards out there. You can get a Glassdoor account and see how the companies are rated by those that work there. You can also look around for the announcements for contract award for overseas contracts, then trawl the corporate site for openings.

If you put overseas contractor into the Indeed search, there will be a ton of them. They are not the big money they used to be. Look hard at your life insurance options. The life insurance for whole life insurance are expensive unless your employer picks up a piece. Term insurance just stops, you die the following day or in any life insurance policy, in a manner not covered, you've paid for nothing.
