When I was active the best places seemed to be Rucker, Benning, and Greely. That was 10 years ago though.....

Ft.Rucker by far garrison and mutual aid. As well as flat iron at cairns army airfield!

When I was active duty Ft Lewis (86-88)(now JBLM) was a great assignment and still is. I'm here as a civilian now. However, AFCENT The Netherlands (88-92) was my favorite assignment. It was an international NATO assignment and a great time. Not to many firefighter locations. Instructor duty (92-95) was fun too. Yes, I've been around a while.
