What is one thing you recommend removing from FFSC, SFL, TAP class so that you have more time to learn & practice (what would that be)?

I think first you have to look at the task/ purpose of the program and current metrics such as time from transition to employment or school or starting a business or even unemployment. The program I attended at Fort Itwin focused on resume writing (which were inaccurate) and benefits that were available to Soldiers.
I think if you want to improve the program that you have to determine what effects you desire in your program. The current program is not sufficient but it creates the vision that it is helping Soldiers.

More Veteran-ran companies that can give more perspective SMs a chance out in the civilian world, more time with the VA Benefits website in regard to college, resume building and benefits. Also add a career day where potential companies are willing to on-the-spot interviews, not just within the state they are currently providing jobs, across the country would be better or maybe have sister companies associated with the company that the SM is applying/interviewing for.
