I accepted Christ as my Lord and Savior. He has been far more loyal to me than I to Him. Christ has elevated me and granted me great favor. None of my children are on drugs now all have a college degree and all married well. I am very blessed!

So far the smartest things I've done (my life isn't over yet so there's a few more smart things I'm sure I'll do) are:
had a daughter who is quite possibly the greatest thing to ever happen to me
retired from the Navy after 20 years and 8 days
joined the Combat Vets Motorcycle Association (CVMA). It gave me that sense of purpose and brotherhood I missed after getting out. And our mission statement is "Vets Helping Vets" so I get to help other veterans.

When I joined the Army and chose Armor and not the Infantry. Because when they said roadmarch, we loaded our gear in the busslerack and road our tanks everywhere and not walk it.
