What is one key thing your branch is completely overlooking?

A certain kind of training, junior enlisted suggestions, spouse suggestions, etc. Something that is/has been brought up various times but has not been acted on. Also, things that you feel would benefit your soldiers, but is not touched upon at all. Doesn't have to be in your direct CoC, but as a whole. (Common sense is the default answer)

The Air Force really needs to look at how it deploys its troops. Instead of deploying whole units or even groups of folks, it deploys individuals or squad size elements at the most. So a bunch of strangers meet downrange and create a new (expeditionary) unit. It doesn't seem like the best way to do things.
I also don't like the pre-deployment training which seems like a waste of time and money. That training should be done at the unit level all the time. We should be always ready to deploy.

The Military Police Corps has a Junta where they spend a lot of time lamenting why they aren't taken seriously as a police force by civilian agencies. Ever wonder who the least experienced MP on duty is? Ask to see the duty officer and 9 times out of 10 you will find out. The biggest thing overlooked by the MP Corps is police agencies don't have the least experienced person making all the decisions.

When it comes to combat tactics and operations you might learn what to do in school and actually even do a good job in the field if you pay attention to your senior NCO's. When it comes to police operations and decisions on the ground the Chief shouldn't be the person with the least practical experience doing the job. Just my 2 cents.

From an intelligence perspective I would say that all services and agency's are overlooking the importance of sharing Intel community wide. Especially on the agency side, too much money and politics dictating who gets what Intel. Intel is here to make the boots on ground soldiers/airmen/sailors/marines etc more aware and well informed of what to expect in every situation. Not providing them with all that everyone has feels like a disservice.

ARDP 6-0... The orders process. "Flipping" OPORDs, disseminating clear and concise guidance with defined priorities of work. Emailing a BDE level OPORD (or tasking that is framed as a WARNO) to PLT leadership, expecting that it will be completed without further coordination or guidance is UNSAT.

Might be a little biased, but
I think the army needs way more CBRN training. Just in case.
