He is 26 now abd has 2 more years on his probation. Just want to know if he has any luck with getting in with this on his record? What is off limits for recruiting individuals with some sort of record?2016-03-17T22:26:21-04:00SFC Private RallyPoint Member1387213<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I have a friend who is looking to get into the military but he had sex with a minor when he was 18. If he is registered as a sex offender in the system then I doubt he'll get a waiver. I agree with the others that he will need to finish his probation before looking into waivers or expunging his record.Response by MAJ Private RallyPoint Member made Mar 18 at 2016 4:37 AM2016-03-18T04:37:48-04:002016-03-18T04:37:48-04:00SGM Matthew Quick1387502<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Sex offender and on probation for TWO MORE years? In other words it's kind of bad, but are not required to register as a sex offender since it was consensual.Response by 1LT A.
