What is life like in a BSB? How is the 115th BSB at Fort Hood?

Im PCSING to FT Hood in april. Im a 91F (small arms repair) and going to 115 BSB. Im coming currently from a FSC so my question is what is life like in a BSB and if anyone on here has been to 115 BSB how is the unit?

What was your interaction with your previous BN HQs? Besides moving from light to heavy, there shouldn’t be much difference other than leadership style, personality, and Ft Hood. The plac, well, is Ft Hood.

When I was in a FSC, back in the day. We carried it, we handled it as a shop/sections, and unit. We hood know support from the BSB. Going to a BSB just be prepared to look over everything you was in, depending on your leadership, they will tell you who and not who to help out on other echelons. Hone your craft while in the BSB, even if that means mock systems, training and scenarios that others may come across. Training and and execution when needed. Learn and get promoted! There is way more to the army than the bench!!!
