In short, it is a "Recurrent behavioral outburst representing a failure to control aggressive impulses as manifested by either" (1) Verbal Aggression, (2) Physical Aggression, or (3) outburst that involve damage or destruction to property as a couple of examples. This comes directly from the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders -5.
