I PCS’ed to Arifjan and stayed in hard stand barracks...single room. Zone 6 used to be tents and open bays back in 2011. Went TDY to both Arifjan and Al Udeid a few times. They’re both hot and sandy. Either one will suck equally in the summer.Response by LTC Private RallyPoint Member made Sep 27 at 2019 4:31 PM2019-09-27T16:31:43-04:002019-09-27T16:31:43-04:00SGM Private RallyPoint Member5105743<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>GreatResponse by SGM Private RallyPoint Member made Oct 9 at 2019 1:10 AM2019-10-09T01:10:36-04:002019-10-09T01:10:36-04:00SFC Private RallyPoint Member7377494<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>A big more to do on AUAB, between the BRA, better gyms, and restaurants. You can go to Kuwait City just like you can go to Doha. A bit hotter and more humid in AUAB than AJ. All in all, not toooo much of a difference. Both are cushy places to go.Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Nov 19 at 2021 2:40 AM2021-11-19T02:40:41-05:002021-11-19T02:40:41-05:002019-09-20T16:09:18-04:00
