<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>While in Korea on the "Z", a Maj. came up to inspect. He asked a SM to show him how to load &amp; fire his M203. So, the SM did exactly that. NOOOOO! Boom! In the "Z" from a M203. And the Maj. had the audacity to say the SM was the one who FUBAR'D. SM just did what he was told. Live round go down range when sh*t like that happens. And of course there were repercussions because a live round went into the "Z"....

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Had our air support unit call up to our ODA's TOC and our Air NCO launched the Air Weapons Team 12 hours early because he (our Air Guy) mistook what they were asking (along the lines of when our SP time was) for a logrun that had left 30 mins prior. That resulted in two Apaches and a Kiowa taking off and spending 45 minutes looking for our convoy...that wasn't there.
