DFAS NEVER has a record of your bonus until after they&#39;ve paid it, so it&#39;s always pointless to call. Never call DFAS about any bonus, they&#39;re always more clueless about your stuff than you are. Remember they&#39;re dealing with 6 different agencies, so they aren&#39;t smart on Army specific issues. Your career counselor does the CMS case if one is required.

You should visit the Finance Office with your enlistment contract and the certificates of completion of the training you got the bonus for.
