What input do you have on my duty station choices upon leaving Korea?

I posted about this earlier but I figured I'd add the other duty station options as well. So when I emailed my branch manager (68W) she replied with these potential choices of duty station. However, I can apparently only set them as preferences in ASK and not actually pick one. Anyway, I was just wanting some input on these locations. Also, I spent 2.5 years at Campbell and would rather avoid going back.

FT Benning
FT Drum
FT Campbell
FT Riley
FT Lee
FT Stewart

I am a former Combat Medic (91A), live in Virginia, and would recommend Fort Lee. Virginia is a military-friendly state with lots of veterans living here post-service.

Sad to say that Riley isn’t much better, very high rotation and training temp. I am currently here and in the four years I’ve completed a total of 18 months Korea and Europe. At the end of the day it’s your decision.

SSG Private RallyPoint Member I would pick Campbell and Lee, but I'm not you. Do they not have HAPs anymore? Not that mine was worth paper it was written on, but they usually honor them for more junior soldiers. I was promised Lewis after Korea via a HAP. I called Branch for orders 13 months later and was told no slots , so they couldn't. How about Carson? Sure....the rest is history. Or infamy depending on how you look at it.

Benning
Lee

Fort Lee and Fort Drum are the only two decent bases on your list. The rest are hot garbage.

Stuart is an ok post, happen you avoid the serpents..they have wings and call themselves "Mosquitoes".
Mind you, my tour there was back in 84 to take it with a grain of salt.

To me Ft Stewart was meh however you are not that far away from Disney or Hilton Head to name a few.

I have a bias, as a former Rakkasan, I would pick Campbell first, then Benning, then Stewart

OOHH those are some rough ones. Fort Campbell is the best out of those. But then again I'm bias since it's an hour from my home town. Never been to Fort Drum but that might be a decent one.
