What information should I provide in my re-enlistment package if I have a VA-rated disability?

I was in AD 11B from 2013-2016 and rated 30% disability (back, knee and wrist). Now I want to re-enlist to NG with mos 94f. I have talked to recruiter and for some reason I have to rebuild my package.
My recruiter has told me to skip my disability while filling out package. I dont know if this is a right action. Can someone verify this for me please? If i skipped as he said, would i still have my claims in record?

You will receive your disability while not on orders or training. If you don’t disclose this and receive your disability while on orders, you can potentially lose your VA rating all together

I know as AD, you’ll have to stop your VA disability if you’re earning military pay. But, it’s different for reserve and NG. Take a look at the links. Hopefully these work for you.

You should always inform the military of any status/conditions. Withholding this information could cause you to lose your rating and jeapordize your career. Lying on enlistment documents can result in UCMJ.

Okay - first off, do NOT skip this information on your package. Most recruiters are busy trying to make quota and, so long as you don't get caught before you're in, they may not be the most scrupulous with regard to the truth in your paperwork. I am not saying that all recruiters are scoundrels -- only the ones I have dealt with.
You need to understand that failing to disclose materially pertinent information in your enlistment documents is a court martial offense. If you hide something, whether it weighs on your eligibility or not, and you are convicted, you go to jail with a felony conviction which, by the way, disqualifies you from receiving VA benefits.
No mater how you slice it, being honest in your documentation is ALWAYS your best move.
Something to bear in mind if you do enlist in the NG: the government does not want you double-dipping. That means you cannot get paid by the VA and the Army NG at the same time -- and that includes retirement checks, separation pay, etc. So, if you are receiving benefits and then start getting a paycheck from your unit, you MUST (and I emphasize must for your benefit) let the VA know most ricky-tick. Otherwise they will claw back what they paid you while you were getting money from both sources. And the longer you leave it, the more painful the clawback will be.

MEPS will know, the systems talk and you won’t be allowed to process until your C&P physical is provided.

You cannot be in the NG/AD or Reserve's with any VA rating.
The only way you can is if the VA finds you 100% rehabilitated. The VA will have to release you and case close your file.
If that's the case, you can't go back and ask the VA to re-rate you with the prior disability when you get out.
You will have to submit a new claim, for different issues if they exist. But back, knee and wrist are off the table.
How are you going to pass a PT test with those disability's?
You can probably get away with not being released by the VA for awhile, but within three years (or sooner), it will be caught and you will have to repay anything paid.
You have a recruiter that's setting you up for disaster.
The drill pay vs 30% is a wash.
I understand wanting to go back, but you better think this through.
