I don't generally fall victim of propaganda, having grown up a professional wrestling fan. I take boasting for what it is,,,,, an exaggeration of facts. Good question, though.

Bandwagon: We are herding animals and crowds draw us in. Remember Mama asking you, "Well, if ___ did it, would you?" Hell yeah! And it doesn't end when you outgrow your teenage years. This is why so much effort is put into using celebrities to shill for politicians. To rig polls to show desired results. Get on the bandwagon...

Looking down through the comments, maybe I am mistaken, but the "news" media seems to be the most effective type of propaganda. With a lazy, no-common-sense America, the news controls peoples emotions and thoughts. If the news wants the country to hate cops, it happens. If the news wants the country to hate whites, it happens. If the news wants there to be a large debate about guns, there is. If the news wants Clinton elected....well...they're certainly trying, aren't they?

Worse than the media controlled by the State Parties (DPRK, Communist Regimes, Socialist Latin American Countries, etc.).
