In five (5) months, I was able to drop my mile and a half time from 10:27s to 9:25s. That is an average of 12.4 seconds per month using the tool.<br /><br />It's being reviewed by the Director of the Navy Physical Readiness Program and his team; as directed by the Chief of Naval Personnel.<br /><br />Would love to get the feedback of the community.
