An easier way to sort for new discussions (Ie, put a friggen &#39;new&#39; button on the navigation bar already! :) ). Tighter controls of non-verified members. A way to block content from members that you don&#39;t want to block. (Aka I don&#39;t want to see all the religious and cat posts, for example).

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>There are a ton of problems with the site.<br /><br />Global issues:<br />Needs MFA<br />Ability to view individual notifications without clearing all of them out.<br />Increase buffer size on posts<br />Disable multiple submits of the same content.<br />Enable Two/group communication<br />Add professional Experience / History or add a link to a LinkedIn account.<br />Enable SSO Experience<br />Add a bigger post/comment box and the ability to scroll through it<br />Spell check.<br />..... the list is huge honestly.
