I went through the weeklong course in Iraq (3rd ID sponsored) I was never afforded the opportunity outside of the course to utilize the tools required to do the job and so deffered to the EWO based at the FOB I was at. Fast Forward to Afghanistan. They sent one another Soldier, not knowing i had already been trained, equipment showed up, I took possession and used it to augment my tools for fixing commo, although one man doing both jobs couldn't keep up with with all the work to be done.
