What does it mean when a RallyPoint membership status is blue?

I noticed this morning a member's status (c) (v) (sm) was highlighted in blue instead of being gray or green. What does the color blue indicate?

Blue is reserved for Civilian Supporters.

I always wondered about the color scheme on RP - as the word rally point brings back memories of being all cammo'ed up and the non-verbal circling finger hand signal - what's up with all the blue? It would be nice if the styling of the site changed based on the service members last branch of service. I want my olive drab and coyote.
